BHO Indicator 1.5.1.2 requires organizations have written policies and procedures to guide staff in a high-risk service situations as evidenced by a completed BHO High-Risk Service Policies and Procedures Checklist.  BHO has updated the Checklist to simplify requirements and make it easier.  See Member's Section - BHO Manual, Database & Tools --> BHO Policies and Procedures Checklist.

New BHO OHS Checklist.
